Fees
During your free consultation call, you can share a bit about what’s going on, discuss your needs and determine if you would like to move forward with therapy. You have no obligation to commit or schedule an appointment.

Aetna, Oxford, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work so I can place all of my focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you.

Out-of-Network
If you would still like to work with your insurance, your insurance may provide some reimbursement. To help, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Call your insurance provider to see if this may be an option for you.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Health Savings card as a form of payment. Clients are required to have a card on file when booking appointments. Payment will be collected before the beginning of each session. Services provided are non-refundable.
If I am in-network with your insurance provider, my billing service, Headway, will manage everything related to billing and admin work for in-network insurance claims.
The Headway team will reach out via email to help you set up your account and add your insurance and payment details. You will only pay the amount you are responsible for, which is set by your insurance plan. You’ll see your cost/session ahead of time and can check your benefits any time through your Headway account. You will receive invoices via email after each session, and can reference and download them directly from your Headway account anytime.
No Show/Cancellation Policy
To cancel a scheduled Therapy session, a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your session is required. If prior and timely notification is not given, you will be charged the full fee for the missed session. The fee will be charged to the credit/debit card you have on file to reserve your appointment. I understand that “life happens” and at times, things are not within our control. You are important and this time is reserved exclusively for you. I will waive the first cancellation fee. The 24 hour policy allows me to offer the appointment to a client on my waitlist.
